Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Joe Raffensperger is the founder and CEO of RAW Exteriors. He has worked at exteriors companies prior to the founding of RAW. Joe believes hard work, being of service to the customer, and taking care of the employees is the main foundation for running a successful company. His favorite thing about RAW is the family that has been built within the company.
